(More customer reviews)Item arrived in a timely manner. A bit heavy to hang on the wall. This item was 'okay'. There was no packaging on the face of the clock so when it arrived, it was scratched up. I did not contact the seller or try to return it, so don't know how the return would have been handled. This was a gift for a person who is disabled and lives away from home. I would have had to send it back, wait for a return, and then send it on to the person at my own expense, so opted not to do this. This issue could have been alleviated with a plastic cling-type cover on the face of the clock. If this had been the case, I'd likely have given it 4 stars.
