(More customer reviews)The item looked good just like in the picture. However it arrived with bent thermostat hand/indicator touching the white base. The hour hand was just hanging loose pointing to 6 oclock. It will be replaced by Amazon so we'll see if the replacement works. I am just disappointed with the quality.
