(More customer reviews)If you have patience, this is super cute. I had to use a rubber mallet to pound out the center to get the hands to pass the somewhat domed center. I also had to bend the hands somewhat to get them to pass each other. They are a cute cutout branch shape, but they were getting hung up on each other. I've been letting it sit upright on the floor a few days before I mount it in the pitch of our cathedral ceiling. The motor seems a little low powered and hard to turn to set so I wanted to make sure I could leave it up for awhile (until battery goes) without having to mess with it. It fits with my nature theme decor, though, and when I saw it online I thought "Perfect"-- it's cuter in person but like I said-- I had to work with it. All in all, I had decided before I let it run for a few days, I would keep it and replace the motor and/or hands if it didn't keep time-- but I am pleasantly surprised that it appears to be doing well. Hope this is helpful. Also, Amazon's price was about 40% lower than elsewhere, plus free shipping.

update. I think it either ate the rechargable I put in quick/and/or it got stuck. Really need to replace the arms and mechanism to be sure. Hung it up too high and keep procrastinating on taking it down. Still looks nice. I just don't look at it for the time anymore.
