(More customer reviews)This clock is exactly what I was looking for...as the other reviewer stated the piece on the back that twists off to get the batteries in is tough to get off but it is because to my surprise this is considered an indoor OR outdoor clock and it has a waterproof seal on the battery compartment...it turns off a little tough...but it does turn off. I love it!!! I'm so glad I bought it :) It's nice to know that when I want to redecorate which I frequently do--I can put the clock outside on the veranda if I wanted to =) Also, this clock is very well made especially if you like the vintage look. Don't hesitate!!! Also, in my price comparison shopping, I found this same exact clock on other sites for much more $$$.
