(More customer reviews)I have ordered from this company before. You get top quality for the money. Not some cheaply made China crap. This clock is heavy and solid. I thought it might have been a little small, but it's perfect where I have it mounted. I guess my only complaint would be is the chime sounds a little like a service bell. It would have been nice if the chime was a deeper sound.
This item arrived within 3 days. Fast service. It was packed well too.
