(More customer reviews)I bought this clock for the office and had to reset it three times before I finally got it to work. The trick is that the clock will only receive its radio signal at certain times of the day--for most time zones, around sunset. Once it receives the signal the first day, it's good to go. However, when you initially set it up, you can't just set the time and hope it will update. You have to turn it on, let it set itself to a predetermined time (for my clock this time was 4:00, and it took several minutes for the hands to reach the correct position), then finally you can reset it manually to the correct time (which will take around five minutes more). Eventually it will receive the radio signal and will adjust slightly. After that, you don't have to worry about setting it.
I tell you all of this because this is not one of those clocks you can take out of the package and set right up. You have to read the full directions (or my abbreviated version above) and act accordingly. If you try to set it by hand like you would expect to with any other clock, you will experience considerable frustration!
Overall, it's an average quality clock with a clear, easy to read display. The only slightly annoying thing about it is that it will reset itself every day--so you'll have a few minutes of crazily spinning hands.
