(More customer reviews)This clock is beautiful in the picture but what I received was not as well made. This is metal scroll work which is what I was looking for. I didn't want plastic. I had a couple of problems with the clock I received. First the scroll work was not symmetrical and therefore was not attached to the clock housing in the right position - the top of the scroll work was off center so when it was hung the 12:00 position on the clock face was not centered at the top of the clock. Second there were 3 weld joints that connect the scroll work to the clock housing that were broken (scroll work not attached to housing in 3 places). When I notified Home Trends they asked for pictures and said they would ship another clock to me. When I sent the pictures (with a hand pointing at the damage) they said they could not see the damage and they would have the clock picked up for return shipping and would send me another clock when this one gets back to them. I asked when the pickup would be and they said they are never told when the pickup will take place. It has been a week and I'm still waiting for the pickup. Now I'm wondering how long it will be before I have a clock worthy of hanging. I'm hoping the replacement won't take too long and it will be more like the picture shown which is really exactly the size and look I want.
