(More customer reviews)I just got the clock I had been anxiously waiting for. It was destined to be a token of appreciation for a helpful friend. However, now that I've seen it in person I can only try to find some humor in this thing so that I don't have to fall into tears.
The picture of this item is very fuzzy and details are unclear, so from what I was able to tell it seemed like a really pretty item and worthy of presenting it as a gift. But what I got in the box can only be described as a Halloween joke, being that it is Oct 31st today and the image fits.
Usually polyurethane cast items tend to be pretty with delicate details, but this thing is grotesque, embarrassing and tacky as all get go. The "delicate" hummingbirds look like fighter planes with toucan beaks in garishly bad colors. The flowers are crude and poorly painted. The whole thing looks cheap and laughable.
Best that I can think of doing with it is taking out my craft paints and recolor it, then I'll attempt to put it up on an inconspicuous wall, maybe a half bathroom or something. Forget giving this to any friend...although I may keep it around until April 1st and then give it away to some unsuspecting poor soul as a gag.
Definitely a rip-off at $18.00 and even more of a rip-off the $12.+ that the merchant charged for something that took over a week to get here.

Take a look at this BRAND NEW Water Lilly 3-Dimensional Pendulum Wall Clock. The detail is extraordinary and the colors are so vibrant. The clock measures approx. 18" from pendulum to the top of the clock. It measures approx. 7" wide and will stick off of the wall approx. 3.5".
