(More customer reviews)Totally made out of plastic. Since you have to turn the knob all the way around and back to the desired time, it gets stuck 20% of the time. You have to pull the knob upwards to let it loose enough to tick. I'm going to take it apart and see if I can fix it before I throw it away. Probably the knob is rubbing against the casing and stops moving. Anyway, it looks better than it works.
