(More customer reviews)This product is junk. I bought 2 and both did not work. When I called the Company's customer service, I was verbally assaulted by a customer service representative. The customer rep was rude and the immediate assumption was that I must have done something wrong. I was treated like a novice. I don't think that someone with an engineering degree would find setting up this simple device a challenge. I threw both products in the trash and bought one made by another Company and it works great. Don't buy any product made by La Crosse.
