(More customer reviews)I bought this on impulse for the kitchen/ cooking and discovered it is a very useful little device for timing my work. I am a freelance writer and need to take frequent (90 minute) breaks to prevent arm, wrist and hand strain from using the computer. Never makes a mistake and the beep is loud enough, though it does have its limits -- it is not loud enough to hear in another room. PS - learning how to use it takes a minute or two, but is worth the effort.
