(More customer reviews)This product came in incomplete; there is only a clock, no levitation system whatsoever. When I tried to contact Amazon, they 'forwarded' complaint and there has been no redress at all.
This really messed up my Christmas.
If I do not get some contact soon I will have to look into legal action.
