(More customer reviews)I had few problems with this product as soon as it arrived. You can not put this door chime to far from the button control/door. It will still work at 15 feet, but not any further in my apartment. Chime switch is inside the button control. So you have to open it(with something really sharp) to switch a chime tone. It was very inconvenient.
To conclude: product works well under some limitations but was not designed with consumer in mind.

(More customer reviews)Well, I've had this unit for almost 5 months It works great! It has multiple doorbell sounds. Batteries come with the remotes but not for the base unit which requires several C sized batteries.
This unit is LOUD so consider that before putting it in the living room or where you are close by. I put it in the kitchen cabinet and this helps muffle the sound a little so it's not so disturbing. However, I live in a small home. I would recommend this product to those looking for an easy replacement or addition to their doorbell. I would also recommend this product to anyone hard of hearing.
