(More customer reviews)One of the most reasonably priced smart irrigation controllers available for the consumer. Invest in the optional remote weather stations (SLW10) to automate your watering. Can be somewhat complex to program initially but worth the time it takes to control your water usage (and save money at the same time). Well worth the price for Californians who are enduring a drought. Saves money because it adjusts your watering schedule according to the weather. One of the few controllers approved by California for a water-saver rebate in your local region (if they haven't run out of money yet).

It is very convenient being able to slide-out the timing mechanism, making any adjustment, and then reattaching. I do not like timers that do not have a clock or do not readily indicate a malfunction. This does it all.
