(More customer reviews)The hourglass looks good and is accurate when working properly. On occassion (about 5% of the time), the sand gets jammed in the neck of the hourglass and the timepiece ceases to function. This is annoying. I have to guess, however, that this is a sample defect rather than a problem across the board with the product. If my hourglass did not have this defect, I would have given it 5 stars.
