(More customer reviews)Just bought one, There are better deals out there now that I look but this one seems fairly nice, it uses a standard off the shelf AAA battery rather than some special battery so that's nice and it is super easy to use but most of them are I strongly suspect. But my complaints are as follows (only two) #1. Alarm tone is not very loud and they provided no apparent way to adjust it louder (I have had MUCH louder ones but do any have a volume control?) With my last one it was nice to know I could hear that little timer anywhere in the house! But not this one, unless maybe it was the dead of night but I'm getting on in years so maybe it's not much a problem for others??#2 complaint is that the magnet is so weak that the timer wants to just flop over upside down because it is top heavy in relation to the magnet. With good flat steel surface it will stay if you place it carefully ...at least until the surface is bumped. But then it also has the clip and a way to make it free stand on counter I think, so it might not even be an issue with many users? But personally I do like to be able to stick it to refrigerator, oven front, or stove hood if I want so the weak magnet is disapointing for me. Seems like a good old brand name so who knows maybe it is super reliable
