They first sent me the wrong one, but when I contacted the seller they let me keep that one AND sent me the correct one so I didn't have to pay any return shipping. This was very nice of them and shows they are a good company to do business with.
So if you are going to buy an alarm clock, these guys deserve your business over most of the other small companies out there trying to sell you one that are not as reputable.
