This is a poor quality clock given the reputation of the manufacturer. The Clock which runs on several C and Several AA size batteries could not keep time. The clock would be off any where from 15 minutes to over an hour after a 24 hour period. I tired several sets of new batteries to fix this problem to my dismay the clock just won't keep time. This is why most people buy a clock in the first place and should be a basic function that is dependable and precise.
Issue #2:
The Clock is made up of a wooden frame which is very nice! The rest of the product is just plain cheap! The inside of the clock is made up of plastic covered with gold, black, or other color coatings to make it look real. Cheap flimsy glass or plastic in the case of the back, detracts from this product even more.
In summary, do NOT get this clock, it will be a decision that you will regret due to the previously mentioned draw backs.

(More customer reviews)The design of the clock is very good but it's assembly is not. Here is a few things noticed right after taking it out of the box:
(1) The white glue between the top wooden piece and left and right sides is visible because of the big gaps. The back of the clock looks better (no visible gaps).
(2) Front glass panel has a damaged corner, I think it is caused during assembly.
(3) Hard-deep scratch on the bottom panel which can be noticed right away.
(4) Amazon packing is not proper, just a single small piece of bubble sheet is used between the outer box and the original box.
I noticed two 5-star reviews posted about 2 years old, guess the clock was made with better quality then?
Or may be just my bad luck but this one is not good for people with 0.1-0.1 or better vision to enjoy.
