(More customer reviews)Out of the box it did not work, after locating a battery and inserting it into the back of the clock the display finally came up. Funny how it is suppose to be solar powered but won't work without battery, right now I am not even sure if it will work if I take the battery out...
I have it installed fairly high so more people can read it, unfortunately it means it gets less light thus lighter digit due to weak power. Once you leave for the weekend and shut off the lights in the room, the digit disappears.
