( I bought from Amazon. )
I've had the base & one remote sensor for four months. Temperature is accurate and I haven't had to replace the batteries yet. The large display is easy to read.
It's nice to know the outside temperature before getting up & dressed.
The flaw: The tenths of a degree position on the base unit's local temperature is faulty. That wasn't worth the trouble to return & replace, but it's a sign of sloppy quality control.

Wireless Weather Station with Projection Clock, Taylor 14979 Review

Wireless Weather Station with Projection Clock, Taylor 14979

This unit is now 1.5 years old. One thing that stands out on this unit is the blue projection numbers. the blue has a calming impression to it. I love the range of the thermometer. The thermometer is actually stronger than advertized. More like 200 ft through 4 walls and never looses a signal. For some reason the station with age will begin to talk to other themometers, from other companies like Acu-Rite. Its nice to see the time and temp on the celing. I would highly recommend this product for being better than advertized.
UPDATED After I wrote the first review, a twist of luck, this unit is now giving me problems. The sensors have issues communicating to the console. And the sensor channel with no sensor. Pops up LL.L. I like --.- better on a channel with no sensors. And sometimes it does this when the other sensors havn't confermed transmition. Who knows were that came from! And the memory give max= HH.H and min= LL.L, so I cant read the highs and lows. If I could change the rating it would be a 2**. Try Oregon Scientific projection units. I have had products from them that have lasted for 3.5 years and are still going.

Taylor 5828 Dual Event Timer Review

Taylor 5828 Dual Event Timer
Average Reviews:

(More customer reviews)
What more can you want in a kitchen timer? It has two countdown timers, each of which can be set up to 23 hours and 59 minutes. The display is a good size--not too big, but big enough that the display is easy to read. It has an angled bottom, so it sits nicely on the counter. It also has a magnet on the back if you want to attach it to the range hood or the refrigerator. It's easy to set--press 'Hr' to set hours or 'Min' to set the minutes. If you have to go to a high number, hold the button down and the timer quickly advances. It has a switch on the back where you can have it display the time and date when you're not using it as a timer. About the only niggle I find with it is that clearing the timer is unintuitive--you have to press 'Hr' and 'Min' simultaneously to reset the timer. Other than that I find it completely intuitive and easy to use. It takes a single AAA battery to run the timer, and it's easy to replace. I am really happy with this timer, and it was cheap! A really great purchase.

Taylor Digital Minute/Second Timer Review

The timers work fine (it's been 3 months). I bought 8 for my reading class for timed readings. The beep is not too loud, at least it doesn't seem to distract the students. I like how it counts up and down, which most timers don't have. It's also great that it counts up to 99 minutes. The Pyrex timers only count up to 20 minutes. Definitely would recommend it.

Springfield 91412 14" Poly Resin Mosaic Fish Clock with Thermometer Review

This clock is absolutely beautiful. The poly resin mosaic is very nice looking and of good quality. The clock mechanism is a little cheap and flimsy, mine actually broke on delivery, but WeatherBuffs promptly sent me a replacement which worked perfectly. It has been hanging in the backyard for about a month now and is working great. Makes a great addition to the backyard beside the pool and fishpond.
Overall a great product, I would recommend to anyone.
